                   A RESOLUTION DECLARING AS SURPLUS PROPERTY A
                   10+ ACRE TRACT LOCATED IN TIFTONIA AND
                   AUTHORIZING THE SALE OF SAME TO MODERN
                   INDUSTRIES, SUBJECT TO CERTAIN CONDITIONS,
                   FOR A CONSIDERATION OF ONE HUNDRED THOUSAND
                   AND NO/100 DOLLARS ($100,000.00).
                  
                  
                                                    
                  
                  
       	    	 BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
       CHATTANOOGA, TENNESSEE, That there be and is hereby declared
       surplus a 10+ acre tract located in Tiftonia and that there be 
and
       is hereby authorized the sale of said property to Modern
       Industries, subject to Modern Industries meeting certain
       restrictions and approval of the Mayor, for a consideration of
       $100,000.00.
